Microsatellietinstabiliteit (MSI-H) en mismatch repair deficiëntie (dMMR) zijn belangrijke biomarkers die voorspellen voor immunotherapierespons. Pembrolizumab is goedgekeurd voor alle MSI-H solide tumoren ongeacht de primaire lokatie.
